About SHIELDING360
Originally trained as an electromechanical technician, and holding two master’s degrees, one in Training Sciences and Technologies, and the other in Health, Safety and Prevention, my career has evolved in two complementary phases.
The first phase, spanning more than twenty years, was dedicated to training and competency development across various sectors such as National Defence, the automotive industry in France, and finally engineering at Tractebel (ENGIE Group).
The second phase focused on QHSE, covering the implementation of ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 management systems, as well as Security, including travel risk management and information protection.
For twelve years, I also led an international QHSSE network across four continents, conducting trainings, audits and field assignments on construction and industrial projects in more than thirty countries for Tractebel and ENGIE.
This dual experience naturally led to the creation of SHIELDING360, embodying a unique and comprehensive vision focused on developing solutions that integrate People (behaviors), Organization (processes), and the Work Environment (conditions), whether in the design of prevention measures, management systems, or training programs.
